Autumn Cooking Class

Let yourself be carried away by the wise guidance of ours Chef Oliver Glowig, an ambassador of Italian food culture with two Michelin stars to his credit, will teach you, together with his great Brigade, the secrets of wholesome cuisine, where traditional Umbrian and Italian recipes meet the harmonious presentation of gourmet dishes.

A once in a lifetime opportunity that you can either experience on your own, with a partner or with a group of friends – followed by a degustation dinner of the dishes made in class in the charming setting of Borgo Petroro.

The courses are held in Italian (with some English or German explanations where possible) and are available for a minimum of two and a maximum of 6 people per class – they include:

• A 3 hour Cooking Class with Chef Oliver Glowig and his Brigade – the Chef will pick a starter, a pasta dish and a dessert from his top recipes;

• Degustation of the dishes made in class in our Restaurant Room (drinks not included)
