The Taverna del Borgo owns its name to the ancient premises of the Petroro Castle, available to local families for lunches and dinners in the Borgo. A travertine fireplace enrich the charm of a rural setting, simple but elegant, and the cuisine proposal follows the typically Umbrian tradition, also accompanied by seaside solutions. Starting from the selection of Umbrian cured meats and cheeses, to get to the first and second courses of land, the absolute quality of the raw materials and local ingredients is combined with seafood dishes and river and lake fish.
